Rich, dense garnet/red. Still youthful. Powerful, heady, concentrated nose. black fruits, spices, and a hint of licorice. ripe, dense, powerful, late-picked style, with some sweet oak. A little clumsy, perhaps, but still a well-made wine, with lots of tannin and body and extract. Finishes a little firm and dry.

Quite deep but correct; hint of turn. typical sandalwood and plum/cherry nose, with wild herbs. Quite a powerful presence in the mouth, with rich fruit, firm tannins, and typical acidity mingling. Has power, has correctness; lacks a bit of finesse but is good stuff and will repay keeping. Drink from 2015+.

Deep garnet core to tawny rim. Intense, mature, black-and-red- fruit nose, with hints of smoked meat, oriental spices, and sandalwood. Full body, with a great mid-palate, refined tannins, with bing cherries and long, mineral, clean finish.
