Good color, if a little advanced. Elegant oak and fruit nose of good character, giving way to a quite aggressively acidic palate, with firm tannins. Undoubtedly Sangiovese, and quite backward at the moment but should have the wherewithal to improve. Drink from 2015 for 10 years.
Deep garnet to orange rim. Refined, mineral, intense, and complex nose, with Bing cherries, cedarwood, hints of oriental spices, coffee, and vanilla essence. Medium to full body, with refined, mature red-fruit character, and a long, mineral finish. A great Sangiovese of considerable finesse and with a long life ahead.

Garnet/brick red, with hints of orange. Subtle, wild herbs and game on the nose, almost Pinot Noir-like. Spicy, peppery, complex palate, with sweet, scented fruit, medium tannins, and lovely balance. A wine that is deceptively forward, this will continue to develop in bottle for another decade. A delicious, relatively old-fashioned brunello, with impressive length and layers of flavor and nuance.
