The World of Fine Wine’s Private Cellar Dinner in association with Penfolds

By Thierry Dessauve

Corinthia

The World of Fine Winemagazine will be hosting an exclusive once in a lifetime evening at the Corinthia Hotel London in association with historic Australian winery Penfolds.

Book your place to an evening of outstanding food and wine with proceedings hosted by Penfolds’ Chief Winemaker Peter Gago and The World of Fine Wine‘s Editorial Advisor Hugh Johnson, OBE.

Guests will enjoy a four-course bespoke menu designed by Corinthia’s head chef, Gary Hollihead, paired with a selection of Penfolds’ award winning wines – including Grange, St Henri and Block 42, all in great and mature vintages.

Be guided to an exclusive private dining space within the Corithia Hotel, where you will be greeted by a champagne and canapé reception and able to mingle with our hosts, Hugh Johnson OBE and Peter Gago.

This reception will be followed by a memorable seated meal, where guests will be educated and entertained by a lively fine wine discussion between our two iconic hosts and offered an insight into the heart of Penfolds’ prestigious cellar through the carefully selected wines for this once-in-a-life-time event.

Spaces are limited to just 22 guests to ensure each person enjoys this extremely rare, intimate and luxurious fine dining experience

Early bird rates of just £495 for one or £850 for two places, only available until April 8th 2015 and is based on a first come, first served basis.
