On Friday 23rd February, Tate Britain will be hosting a special evening at its award-winning Tate wine cellar with Tate Catering’s CEO and wine buyer Hamish Anderson.

Guests will have the opportunity to view the popular exhibition “The EY Exhibition Impressionists in London” followed by a drinks reception and three-course French inspired dinner in the historic Rex Whistler restaurant.

Dinner will be accompanied by a specially selected range of wines from the renowned Tate wine cellar, which Hamish has carefully overseen for the past two decades.  Burgundy has always been a passion for Hamish and to this day Tate continues to buy all these wines En-Primeur.

Rex Whistler’s recently appointed Head Chef Alfio Laudini has put together a menu inspired by classic French cooking with a fresh modern touch.
