Geranium

Geranium is owned by Rasmus Kofoed and Søren Ledet, who together opened the restaurant in 2010, with the establishment earning its third michelin star after only six years.

Geranium’s is a modern and light Scandinavian kitchen that uses only local ingredients, with most being organic and biodynamic.

The wine program is built to complement the food and guests’ individual tastes.

When it comes to the world of wine, they strive to look back to invoke a long history of greatness, tradition and technique, which culminates in a genuine appreciation of wine is as it is today.

Their calls to the future exude evolution, innovation and a movement towards a more minimalistic approach.
