Bel & The Dragon is a collection of country inns and restaurants, situated in charming towns and villages across the south of England, offering exceptional food, fine wine and characterful bedrooms. Each Bel & The Dragon offers a timeless, cosy and classic atmosphere with added touches of luxury guaranteed to make you feel at home.
Both the food and wine menus change regularly; the latter of which includes a well-rounded selection of both everyday wines and fine and rare options, with an emphasis on only the finest vintages from Bordeaux and Burgundy in particular. They offer a frequently changing selection of these fine wines by the glass via Coravin.
All of Bel’s most popular wines are also available in magnum format or larger, and house wines are served from a magnum with the guest charged only for what they drink. They strive to work with producers such as Laurent-Perrier or Albury Estate directly to help foster long-standing relationships.
