Fera reflects the powerful connection to nature that is at the heart of our restaurant. Our menus are inspired by the rhythm of seasons. We only use exceptional ingredients that are harvested in their prime. This is why our à la carte and tasting menus change as often as the weather in which our ingredients are grown. We are committed to fresh, local and seasonal produce as being central to what we do. Our herbs, fruits and vegetables are sourced from carefully-chosen suppliers across the UK. Our wine list features both traditional and natural wines, including many notable English options. The art of complementing food and drink has become a core element of today’s dining experience. Our sommelier team have carefully considered every element of our wine list to complement the work of our chefs. The wine team is no less talented than our chefs. We believe that fine wine is alive and terroir-driven.
